ABOUT US
"Whether it involves exploring uncharted hobbies, venturing to unfamiliar locales, or engaging with diverse individuals, actively seeking out new experiences serves as a catalyst for inspiration, challenging entrenched viewpoints and introducing fresh ideas."
The "I See You Ky33" festival is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded by Kwame and Ama in 2023. Dedicated to celebrating the diversity, resourcefulness, and creativity of the Accra community, this annual event strives to cultivate connections and solidarity among its members. Recognizing the challenges encountered by many within the community, the festival aims to offer opportunities for individuals to unite, thereby nurturing strong bonds of support and camaraderie.
Our Story
In the lively Kisseman community, Kwame and Ama shared a vision of unity and support. In 2023, they started a project to bring all community members together, regardless of their background. Their goal was to strengthen the community’s identity, foster joy, and promote mutual support.

Through gatherings and joint projects, their initiative grew, encouraging neighbors to share stories, laughter, and traditions. This celebrated the talents within Kisseman and built a sense of belonging. Ama and Kwame also focused on environmental care by organizing clean-up events and promoting recycling and waste reduction.

Their dedication positively impacted the community and became a symbol of hope. Over the years, the project thrived, inspiring future generations and showing how strong connections can transform lives.
